ml = cups × factor; cups = ml ÷ factor. The factor is constant; density still matters when you convert cups of flour by weight.
Not a weight converter and not UK imperial cups. Baking by weight beats volume when precision matters.
How many milliliters in a US cup?
This page uses the US customary cup: 1 cup = 8 US fl oz = 236.5882365 mL. The US legal cup used on nutrition labels is 240 mL. This is volume, not grams.
Why not cups to grams?
Grams depend on density. Water is near 1 g/mL; flour is not. This tool is volume only.
