How does California daily overtime work?
First 8 hours are regular. The next 4 are 1.5x. After 12 hours is double. On a 7th consecutive day the first 8 hours are 1.5x and after 8 is double.
Does this add weekly overtime too?
No. This page is daily (and 7th day) only. It does not pyramid weekly 40-hour overtime on top.
