How is the fee calculated? FY2026: gross ≤ $150k is 2% of guaranteed; $150,001–$700,000 is 3%; $700,001–$5M is 3.5% of the first $1M guaranteed plus 3.75% above. Default guaranty 75%.
Is the annual service fee included? No. The lender annual service fee cannot be passed to the borrower.
