What rate is this? US Square Free plan. Online (and invoices) 3.3% plus 30 cents, in-person tap/dip/swipe 2.6% plus 15 cents. Square raised the Free online rate on January 13, 2026. Other plans differ.
What is reverse calculation? If you need to take home a set amount, it solves for the charge that leaves that amount after the fee.
Does this talk to Square? No. It uses a small rate file. Nothing is sent to Square.
